Upcoming regulation of Crypto in the US, is likely to be a game changer in mainstream adoption of Crypto. We believe that this is a watershed moment, Trump and his VC friends get the importance of US becoming a leader in Blockchain.

COIN, and indeed all other companies playing in crypto are a waste of your time, unless you are convinced that Crypto continues to go mainstream. We think it will.

Crypto is two things:

  1. An asset class, where monetisation of that asset class is tied to the market cap of crypto, and is facilitated by companies such as COIN.

    • Bitcoin is ~57% of the market. It is a commodity. More buyers, fewer sellers drives the price up.

  2. A utility technology, that has been waiting for its moment in the sun.

    • We believe that blockchain will eventually become the new infrastructure powering the financial ecosystem.

Right place right time: Politics is the crux right now

Trump / U.S. getting behind crypto will have a meaningful impact over the next few years.

Democrats were a serious ‘winter,’ Trump is a big change in season.

Potential Upside:     $423 (+55%)

Sensible Downside: $155 (-43%)
